Include Ganbina in your Will (make a bequest)
If you have a Will or a planning to make one, you can include Ganbina as a charity that you would like to benefit from your estate or assets when you pass away.
This is known as making a bequest and is a financial term that typically describes the giving of assets such as cash, stock, bonds or other material assets to individuals, organisations or charities.
Naming Ganbina as a benefactor in your Will, helps us to continue our work empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people for generations to come.
We have drafted a suggested bequest clause for your Will below.
However, it is highly important that you seek the advice of your solicitor or trustee company to confirm the most appropriate wording to express your wishes.
I bequeath the sum of ……… dollars and/or ….. per cent of my residual estate to Ganbina to be used for any purpose connected with Ganbina or specifically for its Jobs4U2 program suite which includes Education, Employment, Leadership, Scholarships, Accelerated Learning, Driver Programs, for which the receipt of the Treasurer or Financial Officer shall be sufficient discharge to my Executor for the Bequest.
If you would like to include Ganbina in your Will, please do let us know so we can thank you.
